management of Hartford Healthcarersquos Human Resourcersquos technology systems The Director will lead the transformation and ongoing management of the HR technology ecosystem by building and leading a unified team that delivers comprehensive support for all HR technology platforms and services across the organizationKey AccountabilitiesDefine and execute the HR technology roadmap in alignment with enterprise IT and HR strategies Act as a key liaison between HR IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparencyLead the transition from legacy on premises systems eg PeopleSoft to modern SaaS platforms eg Workday Oracle CloudOversee the ongoing support maintenance and optimization of current on premises HR systems including PeopleSoft HCMManage system patches upgrades and enhancements in collaboration with IT infrastructure and application teamsEnsure system reliability performance and compliance while planning for phased decommissioning as SaaS adoption progressesManage a cross functional team of HRIT professionals including analysts developers architects and system administrators Promote a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvementEstablish governance standards and best practices for system configuration integration and supportOversee the implementation configuration and optimization of SaaS HR platforms Manage system upgrades patching and release cyclesEnsure seamless integration between HR systems and other enterprise applications eg payroll finance timekeepingEnsure data integrity security and compliance with healthcare and HR regulations eg HIPAA SOXLead the development of advanced analytics and reporting capabilities to support strategic workforce planningManage relationships with SaaS vendors and Workday Oracle Cloud HCM with a proven track record of leading large scale transitions in complex highly regulated environments preferably within healthcareDeep understanding of HR business processes and enterprise IT architectureStrong leadership and team building skills with experience managing cross functional teamsExcellent communication stakeholder engagement and project management
