Director, HRBP
Location: Hybrid in Burlington, MA (Onsite 1-2 days/week)

A tech company in Burlington, MA, is looking to hire a Director, HRBP, to support their go-to-market (GTM) functions. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant strategic HR partnership in a global setting.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the strategic HRBP to GTMLead performance management, talent development, and succession planningDrive organizational change initiativesProvide coaching and employee relations support to both new and experienced managersLeverage in-depth knowledge of employment law, compliance, talent acquisition, and more

Qualifications:
