In this role, the incumbent will help build talent strategies and deploy organizational effectiveness tools that attract, engage, and retain our talent. In total these organizations support $4.5B in Collins revenue and include over 2,500 employees across multiple global sites. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 194,000 USD - 388,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
