Director, HRBP
Location: Hybrid in Cambridge, MA (Onsite 2x/week)

A life sciences client in Cambridge, MA, is looking to hire a Director, HRBP, to partner with senior leadership on people strategy. Some responsibilities include:

Lead HR strategy with a focus on employee engagement, leadership development, performance management, and succession planningManage annual HR processes including compensation planning, performance management, promotions, organization design, and moreForge strong relationships across the entire HR organization to ensure company-wide initiatives are developed and implemented successfully

Qualifications:
