The Role
Kyndryl is hiring a Director of Human Resources to partner with the Head of HR Canada in leading the transformation and growth of its Canadian operations within a global framework. Reporting to the VP of HR Canada, this role requires a seasoned HR leader with a strong track record in driving organizational change, cultural engagement, and strategic HR initiatives in complex, matrixed environments. The Director will oversee a broad range of HR functions including talent management, succession planning, compensation, learning, and organizational development, while serving as a strategic advisor to country managers and leadership. A key focus will be on talent development, workforce planning, and fostering a performance-driven culture that supports Kyndryl’s long-term growth.

Who You Are
Seasoned HR Professional: Proven, high-caliber leader in the HR field with at least 10 years of experience.
Business Partner: Understands the key role of HR as a business partner in a global, highly matrixed, and complex organization.
Organizational Transformation: Successfully supported organizational transformation through developing the case for change and driving cultural engagement against a compelling HR strategy.
Growth Mindset: Leader with a growth mindset who can operate beyond their own functional area, combining strategic and analytical perspectives with a pragmatic, commercial, and action-oriented approach.
