Key Responsibilities
Leads internal investigations of potential violations law or company policy; ability to balance multiple priorities based on legal risk to Company
Manages and responds to all issues raised through the Global and Regional Ethics Hotlines
Develops live and online compliance training and communications
Develops, implements, manages and continuously improves internal controls designed to promote compliance with law and company policy
Identifies and mitigates compliance risks
Point of contact and key advisor for senior executives regarding ethics and compliance matters
Leads compliance focused pre-acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition integration
Functional Knowledge
Demonstrates broad and comprehensive understanding of different systems, theories and practicesBusiness Expertise
