THE TEAM
The Global Sales Organization (GSO) manages Rosewood’s most strategic global accounts, driving significant revenue across all regions and market segments. Based in key feeder markets, the team builds deep client relationships and brings Relationship Hospitality to life through high‑touch sales activity, branded experiences, and innovative partnership activations.
In this role, you will report to the Director, Global Sales, Group UK, with a dotted line to the Senior Director of Global Sales, EMEA, partnering closely with colleagues across regions and with property sales teams.
YOUR ROLE
As Director, Global Sales, Group (DACH), you will lead the acquisition and growth of meetings & events business from strategic group accounts across the DACH and BENELUX regions. You will oversee a defined portfolio of intermediary, site-selection, and corporate group clients, driving new bookings, revenue optimization, and long-term account development.
Your work will directly support Rosewood’s commercial strategy—strengthening our position within key European markets, accelerating the success of new hotels in EMEA, and expanding our reach across global group business segments. You will collaborate closely with property teams, GSO colleagues, and regional leadership to ensure a coordinated, high-impact sales approach.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
Deliver annual and quarterly group sales targets through meaningful in‑person and digital client engagement.Manage and grow your strategic account portfolio to uncover incremental group revenue across the Rosewood global portfolio.Develop SMART annual account plans and conduct bi‑annual performance reviews to identify new opportunities.Generate new business through proactive prospecting, regional events, trade shows, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator outreach.Partner with hotel and GSO teams globally to support conversion, strengthen key relationships, and drive cross‑regional collaboration.Lead client engagements—including sales calls, FAM trips, tradeshows, and events—to build brand awareness and support new and existing hotels, with emphasis on the EMEA pipeline.Maintain accurate reporting and updates in SFDC to support forecasting and performance management.Represent Rosewood in relevant DACH-region industry organizations to elevate brand visibility and foster strategic partnerships.

You bring 5+ years of global or luxury hotel sales experience, ideally representing multiple properties or brands.You have deep relationships across corporate, intermediary, and site‑selection M&E buyers in the DACH region.You’re known for securing quick wins within your first 90 days by leveraging your existing book of business.You excel at strategic account management, building trust and uncovering long-term revenue opportunities.You operate with high emotional intelligence, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently with confidence.You understand how to interpret financial data and sales performance metrics to inform decisions.You’re proactive, self‑motivated, and thrive in a role where you own your market and drive outcomes.
