Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine The Director, Global Pricing Analytics & Innovative Pricing will be responsible for building, implementing, and sustaining global pricing analytics while advancing thought leadership in pricing governance models for Johnson & Johnson’s pharmaceutical portfolio. The Director will partner with internal stakeholders across Pricing, Market Access, Finance, Legal, and Government Policy across the Global, Regional, and local operating company levels. The role requires an innovative mindset, strong analytical skills, and must be motivated by driving change and establishing new processes in an evolving business environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Monitor global pricing & reimbursement policy trends and assess business implications. + Define guardrails and governance for global price actions, escalation pathways, and documentation standards. + Build data strategy, methods, and governance to support launch and in‑line portfolio decisions. + Establish common analytical standards (e.g., price/volume/mix drivers, affordability/elasticity, scenario simulation) while accommodating regional market realities. + Drive the creation of executive‑ready insights and narratives that inform global, regional, and country‑level price strategies and trade‑offs. + Lead ideation sprints and pilot programs; pressure‑test concepts with cross‑functional partners (Market Access, Pricing, Commercial, Legal, Finance) and external stakeholders (payers, HTAs). + Ensure capability build‑up (tools, data, skills) and change management to embed successful models in ways of working. + Define KPIs to quantify the impact of analytics and innovative pricing (e.g., access outcomes, net revenue/gross‑to‑net, price realization). + Institutionalize post‑implementation reviews and continuous improvement loops across regions and assets. **Qualifications:** **Required:** + A bachelor’s degree is required. + A minimum of 10 years healthcare industry experience required with a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical experience preferred + 5 or more years with US or Global Pricing, Pricing Finance, or GTN Finance required + Executive presence inclusive of excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels is required. + Demonstrated leadership of matrixed, cross‑regional teams and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across geographies and operating companies + Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving complex environment, strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills is required + Translate complex data into actionable recommendations to enable business decisions focused on trends, risks, and opportunities is required. + Demonstrated success as a strategic advisor to business leaders, as well as shaping and influencing without authority **Preferred:** + Advanced degree or certification preferred (MBA, MS, MPP/MPH, PharmD, or related). + Pharmaceutical business experience and knowledge of Innovative Medicine’s portfolio of products is strongly preferred. + Experience building Tableau, Power BI, or with other analytic and visualization tools is preferred Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
