As Director, Global Pipeline Communications (Immunology) , you will deliver global communications that articulate the progress of our impressive pipeline, as well as help us tell a more cohesive leadership story across Immunology. The Global Immunology Communications team owns strategy and execution of communications across marketed products and pipeline programs to drive Sanofi’s business and reputation within Immunology. The position will report to the Global Head of Immunology Communications, and will be based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Main Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive communications plan for Sanofi’s early Immunology pipeline programs
Serve as the communications lead for early pipeline assets; execute program milestone communications and related disease education storytelling
Own overarching Sanofi cross-disease Immunology narrative; create related content for global and affiliate implementation
Direct and deliver effective thought leadership communications/platforms to drive Sanofi reputation in Immunology
Align with internal partners across the programs and key markets as well as Science/R&D Communications, Global Media Relations, Investor Relations and Public Affairs to synergize where possible
Management of communications agency, including budget responsibility
About You
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Journalism or related field
At least 10 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably within the Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology industry
Expertise in communications concepts, practices, strategies and tactics based on understanding of key audiences and corporate objectives
Experienced in global product communications (data and regulatory milestones) within the Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology industry
Excellent collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills; demonstrated ability to work with senior leaders
Proactive, self-starter and able to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent project management skills; can juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to travel up to 20%

The salary range for this position is:
$137,250.00 - $198,250.00All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
