Position Responsibilities: Define and execute the global cybersecurity design and engineering strategy in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements Oversee the design and implementation of secure infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments Lead the development of secure-by-design principles across RH Security, IT, OT, and product engineering Evaluate, select, and implement cybersecurity technologies that align with enterprise goals Champion automation, AI/ML-based defense mechanisms, and zero-trust architecture Ensure consistent cybersecurity engineering standards and practices across the Reyes Family of Businesses Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management or related field with 10 plus years of experience in IT infrastructure (servers/workstation), networking, including security operations (implementing and operating cybersecurity tools and processes) and 6 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 13 plus years of above related experience and 7 plus years of management experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. Preferred Education and Experience: Master’s degree Experience supporting a global IT security environment Solid knowledge of ITIL practices and demonstrated experience increasing ITIL capability.
