**We are searching for the best talent for Director, Global Customer Engagement, OTTAVA. This role can be based out of Santa Clara, CA. or Cincinnati, OH.**
**Overview:**
As Director of Customer Engagement within Global Strategic Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of the Customer Engagements strategy, with a primary focus on supporting new product development and driving commercial sales. This role is pivotal in shaping how we engage with customers, ensuring that their insights and needs directly inform our innovation pipeline and go-to-market approaches. You and your team will be responsible for orchestrating high-impact engagements in both Santa Clara and Cincinnati, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to healthcare providers and stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Design and implement a comprehensive customer engagement strategy to support new product development and commercial sales initiatives.
+ Lead and coordinate customer engagement activities in Santa Clara and Cincinnati, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
+ Build and nurture relationships with key clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals, leveraging their expertise to inform product development and commercialization plans.
+ Partner with regional and global teams to integrate customer feedback into product design, business modeling, and commercial strategies.
+ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of engagement programs, from early-stage development through commercial launch.
+ Monitor and analyze engagement outcomes, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and maximize impact.
+ Effectively present and communicate the value of the OTTAVA program to diverse audiences, crafting compelling narratives that build excitement, inspire confidence, and clearly articulate the unique benefits—ultimately motivating stakeholders and customers to choose our solutions.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA or Advanced degree preferred.
+ 10+ years of proven experience leading customer engagement strategies for new product development and commercial sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
+ Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and internal teams.
+ Strong project leadership skills, with experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
+ Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
+ Willingness to travel between Santa Clara and Cincinnati as needed.
**Other:**
+ This position will be based in Santa Clara or Cincinnati, OH and may require up to 30% travel, including domestic and international.
+ The anticipated base pay for this position is $150,000 to $258,750
+ If based out of the Bay Area, CA. the anticipated base pay is $172,000 to $297,850
