What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

Develop and lead/co-lead highly complex projects, creating mid-term plans that impact resultsLeverage relationships to meet the needs of various business units, serving as an advisor to othersAct independently on self-initiated projects, using knowledge from others and exercising judgment in complex decisionsReview work for effectiveness and business impact and evaluate the work of colleaguesExercise foresight and judgment using knowledge and experience within business unitsDevelop innovative ideas and lead divisional projects, implementing Agile principles across all levels and departmentsGain consensus on technical approaches and implementation plans from peers, business sponsors, and managementInfluence senior management decisions that impact business direction across all customer typesPartner with the Global Data Management organization to integrate application solutions and provide leadership for the successful delivery of technical aspects of all Digital Solutions & Emerging Technologies projects

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

Bachelor’s degree required with at least 8 years of experienceDemonstrated progressive experience successfully designing, delivering, and maintaining Information Technology business solutionsAbility to take a systematic approach to estimation of technical projectsDemonstrated competency in strategic thinking and relationship managementExperience as a leader and manager, with proven capabilities in using the talent and succession planning processes to establish plans for managing talent pipelineComfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussions to explore the best possible solutionsDemonstrated experience in effective organization and time management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s degreeRelevant pharmaceutical industry experienceExperience in mobile or related emerging technologyKnowledge of system integrationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentStrong leadership and mentoring skillsExperience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $162,900.00 to $261,000.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
