Director, Franchise Strategy - Thailand

Managing teams with a focus on policy and strategy implementation and control rather than development; short-term operational/tactical responsibilities.  **Job Description:** As the Franchise Strategy Director for Thailand, you will be operating as a individual contributor responsible for helping craft the long-term strategy, annual business planning and performance deep dives for Thailand, help translate this strategy into a full year Long Range Plana / Annual Business Plan and work with the Frontline teams to ensure monthly performance tracks to the commitments made in these plans. Reporting to the ASP Strategy VP, in this role your key stakeholders will be the Franchise leads for the South cluster   What you will do for us: **  **   + **LRP** Support the development of the OU LRP by providing local context from frontline and bottlers and translate OU LRP to Franchise LRP to secure alignment from bottler on key priorities,    + Build **ABP** presentation inside the Franchise unit, for alignment with the bottlers and for presentation to the OULT,    + Support **Bottler** alignmentby ensuring scheduling (incl. board meetings and T2T meetings), sending monthly reports/ board talking points, setting the agenda, preparing high quality material, ensuring pre-alignment, running the meeting, deploying next steps,    + Support **Monthly performance review** for South including studying data, building out summary **/** decision document, and discussing in frontline and presenting in the OULT as needed,   + **Market specific or OU wide deep dives** on key topics as surfaced in the performance review and agreed with the frontline leadership within allowable time   + Working together with the cluster leadership team and center to identify opportunities for growth in markets   Qualifications and Requirements: ** ** + 7+ years of experience in the FMCG space or in Management consulting   **Top skills needed:**    **ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT**    + Owns tactical and operational plans with short to mid-term focus (1-3 years) executing organizational strategy in alignment with parent/independent organization objectives, recommending operational strategies and plans with direct impact on results   + As an individual contributor operates with broad latitude in a complex environment, acts as a subject matter expert within the organization. manages large projects or processes, coaches associate in skills, delegates work to them and reviews it   + Problems and issues faced are difficult and often complex and may require understanding of a broader set of issues.    **INNOVATION & COMPLEXITY**    + Responsible for making improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of the job area   + Problems are solved by identifying the root cause of the problem and modifying solutions applied to similar problems     **COMMUNICATION & INFLUENCE**    + Requires ability to influence parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, procedures and practices    + Communicates with parties within and outside of own job function   + Frequently required to communicate with parties external to the organization (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.)       What we will do for you ** **   + This role will help you sharpen your thought leadership.
