Director, Franchise Strategy Integrator - CAR/CAM FU
We are looking for a LATAM Franchise Strategy Director who will be responsible for leading the performance understanding across the LATAM region. You will be working closely with the senior leadership team to drive growth, and excellence in the analysis. You will also be interacting with a high-performing team of analysts and specialists who support the insight generation. As LATAM Franchise Strategy Director, you will: + Lead KPIs, challenge results and opportunities, and ensure alignment with business objectives and priorities. + Ensure timely and effective communication of performance and insights to the leadership team, using data-driven storytelling and visualization. + Track and challenge monthly results of OKRs and identify areas of improvement and best practices. + Provide support to the strategic narrative, especially with the results and targets, and align with the global and regional frameworks and guidelines. + Lead ad-hoc multifunctional analysis to accelerate the performance, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. + Create weekly and monthly deliveries, with special cases of performance, challenges, and opportunities. + Help coordinate the preparation of the quarterly meetings to ensure alignment and collaboration. + Provide support to the LATAM Franchise strategy team on agenda and content for LRP & ABP process and ensure consistency and quality of the deliverables. To be successful in this role, you will need: + Strong system and data analysis skills, able to understand and interpret complex and diverse information sources. + Strong agile and proactive skills, able to adapt and respond quickly to changing needs and opportunities. + Strong organization and planning skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. + Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence and persuade different audiences and stakeholders. + Leadership and management skills, able to inspire and motivate a high-performing team and foster a positive and collaborative work environment **EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:** + Bachelor's Degree in business related field required, MBA preferred + +8 years working on Strategy, Product Manager, Business Roles (products or services), with experience in data & analytics, advance analytics or planning. + Strong planning, financial acumen, and business acumen, with clear understanding of P&L and Business models + Strategic Thinking. Ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems. Ability to understand complex data, convert to insights, understand business implications, and utilize to influence and gain alignment. + Skills to collaborate and align with a diverse set of stakeholders. Experience influencing others and delivering results cross-functionally + Excellent communication Skills & Influential Leadership. Ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to a broad audience in an approachable way to drive adaptation.
