**Job Description**
**角色与职责**
+ 作为FP&A团队的核心成员,负责中国区财务规划、分析及业务决策支持,通过深度业务洞察驱动战略落地,并高效协同全球总部、中国区管理层及跨部门合作伙伴,推动业绩目标达成。同时带领并赋能团队,提升整体专业能力与业务影响力。1. 财务规划与分析- 主导年度预算、季度预测及长期战略规划的编制。建立动态财务模型,精准识别业务风险与机会。- 深度分析业务线财务表现(收入、成本、利润等),结合市场趋势与运营数据,输出可落地的洞察建议,支持管理层决策。 - 设计并优化财务分析指标体系,搭建自动化报表工具(如Power BI/Tableau),提升数据可视化与决策效率。 - 主导月度/季度财务关账流程,确保关账时效性,同步提升预测准确性。监控预算执行差异,联动业务部门制定改进计划,确保财务目标与业务战略对齐。-持续评估财务规划、关账及报告流程痛点,推动自动化解决方案落地,减少人工干预并降低风险。 2. 跨层级协作与影响力- 作为中国区与Global总部的关键桥梁,高效完成总部汇报(英文),清晰传达中国区业务动态及财务需求。 - 定期向中国区高层(CEO/CFO/BU Head)汇报经营分析结果,用数据驱动业务策略调整。 - 横向协同市场、供应链、销售等部门,推动跨职能项目,确保财务视角融入业务全流程。 3. 团队管理与赋能- 培养3-5人FP&A团队,制定个人发展计划,通过 mentorship 和实战项目提升团队财务建模、业务洞察及跨部门沟通能力。 - 建立团队知识共享机制,引入全球最佳实践与工具,推动流程标准化与创新。 4. 敏捷执行与持续学习(行动力与学习力)- 快速响应业务变化,主导临时性专项分析(如带量采购,关税),确保高质量交付。 - 持续关注行业趋势(如数字化转型、ESG),探索数据分析工具(如Python/SQL)在财务场景的应用。
**基本资格**
- 财务/经济类本科以上学历,CPA/CMA/ACCA 优先。
- 10年以上FP&A经验,有跨国公司或集团型企业管理经验,熟悉US GAAP/IFRS。
- 熟悉财务关账全流程及提速优化方法,具有Finance Transformation转型项目经验者优先。
- 精通财务建模、Scenario Analysis、ROI评估,熟练使用Excel(高级函数)、Power BI及ERP系统(SAP/Oracle)。
- 英文流利(可主持跨国会议并撰写复杂分析报告)。
