We are seeking a **Director, Fiscal & Trade Policy, Mexico** to lead the Company's public policy strategy related to fiscal, tax, and trade matters in Mexico. This role is pivotal in shaping a stable and competitive economic and regulatory environment, protecting our license to operate, and enabling sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep government experience, strong technical expertise in fiscal and trade policy, and the credibility to engage proactively and directly with senior economic and labor authorities across Mexico. If you are passionate about influence, economic policy, and building trusted relationships that drive long-term business value, we want you on our team. **What You'll Do for Us** + **Lead and shape** Coca-Cola's fiscal and trade public policy agenda in Mexico, aligning national priorities with LATAM and global PACS strategies. + **Influence and engage proactively** with key economic, fiscal, and labor authorities at the federal level, as well as relevant multilateral and bilateral forums, with proactive relationship management as a core performance expectation. + **Monitor, analyze, and anticipate** developments in tax policy, fiscal legislation, customs regulation, and trade agreements (including USMCA), translating implications into clear strategic guidance for leadership. + **Represent the Company** in technical working groups, discussion tables, and industry forums related to taxation, trade, and economic policy, positioning Coca-Cola as a credible and constructive partner. + **Partner closely** with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Franchise, Communications) to ensure alignment between public policy positions and business priorities. + **Develop and advocate** evidence-based policy positions that support competitiveness, investment certainty, and economic growth while managing regulatory and reputational risk. + **Advise senior leadership** on fiscal and trade policy risks, opportunities, and scenarios that could impact operations, supply chains, and long-term strategy in Mexico. + **Own and execute the PACS (ABP)**  for the function or geography, including  **budget planning and disciplined OPEX/programs budget execution** , ensuring alignment with business priorities, bottler initiatives, and system-wide objectives;  **provide senior leadership support during issues, risks, and crisis (IMCR) situations**  as required. **Requirements & Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Economics, Law, Public Policy, International Trade, or related field preferred. + 8+ years of experience working with government, public policy, or regulatory affairs, ideally within fiscal, economic, trade, or labor-related institutions or highly regulated industries. + Strong technical knowledge of tax systems, fiscal legislation, customs regulation, and trade policy, including international trade agreements such as USMCA. + Proven experience engaging directly with economic and labor authorities, regulators, and policy-makers at senior levels. + Demonstrated ability to represent organizations in technical forums, working groups, and complex policy discussions. + Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex fiscal and trade issues into business-relevant insights and recommendations. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with credibility to influence without direct authority. + English proficiency required; Spanish fluency required for effective local engagement. **What We'll Do for You** + **Global Exposure:** Be part of a globally connected PACS organization, engaging with regional and global leaders on fiscal and trade issues that shape our business. + **Iconic Brands:** Represent one of the world's most recognized companies, helping protect and enable the growth of brands enjoyed by millions. + **Learning & Development:** Access world-class leadership programs, continuous learning platforms, and opportunities for professional growth across functions and geographies. + **Purpose-Driven Impact:** Contribute to public policies that promote economic stability, fair trade, and long-term shared value creation in Mexico.
