This role works closely with the Converse Global CFO and Asia General Manager, leading a diverse finance team, co-piloting the business, shaping regional strategy, and ensuring financial integrity and operational excellence. **Reports to:** VP-Converse Global CFO **Main Responsibilities** + Serve as a strategic financial advisor to Asia leadership team, supporting business decisions and shaping regional strategy. + Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the Asia region, including long-range plan, budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews. + Provide clear financial insights to drive growth and profitability. + Optimize resource allocation and evaluate key business initiatives. + Lead and develop a high-performing finance team + Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-achieving team culture. **Qualifications** + 12+ years’ experience in finance, including 3 years in senior leadership roles. + Background in large, multinational companies, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or apparel. + Full P&L management and team leadership experience. + Fluency in English and Mandarin. + CPA or ACCA certification preferred. **Key Skills** + Strategic and analytical thinking + Strong communication and influence + Leadership and team development + Integrity and results-driven attitude NIKE, Inc. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
