Job Overview:
We are seeking an innovative and experienced Facilities Management professional to lead our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations for our India cluster portfolio. The ideal candidate will combine traditional IFM expertise with a forward-thinking approach to leveraging cutting-edge technologies, data analytics, and sustainable practices to enhance operational efficiency and employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement comprehensive IFM strategies aligned with the Client's overall objectivesManage campuses type of portfolio across Hyderabad locationsLead and mentor a team of facilities management professionalsOperational Excellence:
Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, including maintenance, security, cleaning, transport and events for employee engagementImplement best practices in IFM to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectivenessDevelop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiencyTechnology and Innovation:
Spearhead the integration of generative AI and advanced technologies in facilities management processesImplement smart building solutions to optimize energy usage, space utilization, and maintenance schedulesLeverage data analytics to drive informed decision-making and predictive maintenanceSustainability Initiatives:
Develop and implement sustainability strategies to reduce the environmental impact of our facilitiesEnsure compliance with local and international environmental regulationsDrive initiatives to achieve green building certifications and improve energy efficiencyEmployee Experience Enhancement:
Collaborate with HR and other departments to create workplace environments that foster productivity, wellbeing, and satisfactionImplement and manage systems for gathering and acting on employee feedback regarding facilitiesEnsure that workplace design and amenities align with evolving employee needs and expectationsData-Driven Management:
Establish robust data collection and analysis processes across all IFM operationsUtilize data insights to optimize space utilization, energy consumption, and resource allocationDevelop data-driven reporting mechanisms for senior managementVendor Management:
Manage relationships with service providers and contractorsNegotiate and oversee service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure high-quality service deliveryImplement performance-based contracts that incentivize innovation and efficiencyBudget and Financial Management:
Develop and manage the IFM budget for the portfolioIdentify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service qualityProvide regular financial reports and analysis to senior managementQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Technology or related fieldMinimum 7-10 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleStrong understanding of emerging technologies in IFM, including AI, IoT, and data analyticsProven track record in implementing sustainable practices in large-scale facilitiesExperience with smart building technologies and their integration into IFM operationsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsCertifications such as CFM, FMP, or LEED AP are highly desirableThe ideal candidate will be a visionary leader who can balance traditional IFM responsibilities with innovative approaches to create future-ready, sustainable, and employee-centric workplaces. They will be comfortable with data-driven decision-making and have a passion for leveraging technology to enhance facilities management practices
