Responsible for leading the design and delivery of executive development solutions and processes that build capabilities for sustainable impact into the future. This role plays a pivotal role in advancing the Scotiabank’ Leadership strategy through executive development solutions that are grounded in business outcomes and reinforce our ScotiaBond.
Additionally, this role oversees initiatives to continuously enhance Executive Development Programs, ensuring alignment with established objectives and goals for learning.

10+ years of progressive experience in leadership development or talent management, with a proven track record of designing, delivering, and implementing successful leadership programs in a global organization Post-secondary Degree or Masters in Human Resources or Business or related field Deep understanding and knowledge of Bank policies and procedures Strong knowledge of Organizational structure and internal dynamics Extensive experience and comfort working with executives Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and results Exceptional influencing and relationship building skills Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to identify recommendations from data Driving innovative solutions that create value for HR partners Ability to think strategically and cultivate networks and relationships Manage vendor relationships
