Autodesk is seeking a strategic and collaborative Director of Enablement Operations to lead the operational engine of our Go-To-Market Enablement (GTME) function. This highly visible role helps equip our Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams with the knowledge and tools to drive customer value and accelerate revenue growth.
As a senior leader on the GTM Enablement team, you’ll oversee a wide-ranging portfolio including data and insights, communications, enablement intake and roadmap, instructional design, quarterly training program execution, and our enablement platform strategy and governance. You’ll shape how learning and associated content is delivered and experienced by our global customer-facing teams through smart technology choices, well-defined policies, and aligned execution.
Responsbilities
Lead and scale a high-performing Enablement Operations team that drives innovation, clarity, and excellence across the GTME organization
Define and execute the platform technology strategy, including selecting, implementing, and optimizing learning systems (LMS, LXP, content platforms)
Establish and enforce governance frameworks, content policies, and standards to ensure a consistent, scalable, and user-friendly learning experiences
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, IT, and others to align on learning journeys, content delivery, and technology requirements
Work across the Go-To-Market Strategy and Operations Team on aligning intake and prioritization of enablement initiatives, shaping and managing the roadmap in collaboration with organizational priorities and senior stakeholders
Own the enablement performance measurement strategy, leveraging data to drive decision-making and demonstrate impact
Oversee the successful delivery of quarterly enablement training programs, tailored to business goals and role-specific needs
Govern strategic communications that inform, engage, and align GTM teams and partners on enablement strategy and progress
Stay ahead of learning and enablement trends, bringing forward innovation in platforms, data, and engagement strategies to future-proof the organization
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years in enablement, operations, or learning technology, including 5+ years in leadership
Deep experience managing enterprise learning platforms (LMS, LXP) and supporting technologies
Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design practices and modalities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Learning Technologies, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
Background in SaaS or technology environments preferred

Cross-Functional Partnership: Proven success in working across sales, marketing, product, and IT to align tools, content, and learning objectives
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Strong analytical capabilities to measure performance and influence strategy through data and insights
Content and Learning Strategy Alignment: A passion for delivering cohesive, impactful learning experiences that reflect the customer journey and sales motion
Project Management Excellence: Skilled at managing large, complex projects and driving outcomes in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and drive alignment across teams

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $151,600 and $245,190. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.Equal Employment Opportunity
