Job Description

What you get to do in this role: 

Act as Operational Business Partner for EMEA Mid Market, EMEA .Org Major Areas and EMEA Enterprise Sales Associates business. 

Responsible for driving operational cadence and excellence to ensure short, medium and long term targets are met. 

Drive the Forecast cadence with the GVP’s of both businesses – ensuring adequate qualification of deals, that the NowSell methodology is being followed and be able to provide value add insight around week to week movements 

Support the GVP’s through the quarter close period – stepping forecast up to Daily and providing daily updates into the EMEA LT. 

Build out a comprehensive Pipeline review process aligned to the EMEA monthly cadence.  Leveraging the EMEA Deep dive data set to focus in on strengths and development areas down to Territory level. 

Provide insight around Pipeline hygiene and conversion metrics to support business health and provide early awareness to challenges and opportunities. 

Act as key liaison between key Corporate functions – Usage, Marketing, Deal Ops, Legal, Finance, HR, GPC – and the business to drive a collaborative approach to business performance. 

Provide weekly input to the wider EMEA Operations team to support overall EMEA performance and positioning.  This includes weekly forecast updates (daily at close), input into the weekly EMEA Ops call cadence to ensure best practice is being shared and leveraged. 

Support the annual planning cycle for both Major Areas – including customer segmentation, opex investment, territory alignment and quota setting 

Provide guidance to the business around commission queries and act as escalation point as required. 

Manage two team members – provide objectives aligned to company priorities, give regular feedback through QGC process and manage career development opportunities. 

Supporting the VP EMEA Operations around Global Projects – acting as focal point for feedback, guidance and resource allocation.  Joining project calls and ensuring holistic feedback is provided representing all relevant functions to the project. 

Driving innovation through tooling and automation to scale the business 

Coaching the ELT to drive a self-serve behavior to use the Tools and resources to scale their business 

Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role we are looking for: 

10+ years proven relevant experience in Sales Operations at a senior management level preferably in a matrix organization 

Solid financial/analytical background with an operationally mindset 

Experience working in technology and ideally including SaaS companies 

Exceptional business partnering and relationships skills 

Strong coordination and presentation skills 

Leadership and people management skills 

Sharp business judgment, ability to see "big picture" and to prioritize, problem-solver mindset 

Encompasses the 5 C’s of Creativity, Critical thinking, Curiosity, Communication and Collaboration 

High energy, organized, disciplined execution skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced and change driven environment 

Proficient with CRM management and other relevant sales automation and reporting tools
