As a Director, Digital Sales Merchandising at Spectrum, you’ll lead the vision for our cable and mobile ecommerce sales channels, ensuring every product and promotion online aligns with business goals and customer needs. As a critical partner across teams, you’ll drive seamless execution and measurable success for our digital sales offers, directly impacting how customers experience our services.


How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead and shape the digital merchandising and offer strategy for Spectrum’s cable and mobile digital sales channelsCoordinate and prioritize digital offer rollouts, promotions and catalog updates to maintain a compelling and accurate online presencePartner with marketing analytics, product, billing, technology and operations teams to deliver on business objectives and campaign launchesOversee catalog readiness and synchronize launches for new products, pricing changes and promotional effortsMeasure and analyze offer and merchandising performance using KPIs, dashboards and analytics to drive data-based decisionsIdentify and implement opportunities to optimize conversion, revenue and customer experience across ecommerce platformsServe as a key liaison, translating business strategy into actionable catalog execution for internal teams and stakeholdersManage priorities and resolve competing demands in a fast-paced, matrixed environment to ensure high-quality digital customer experiences

Working Conditions

Office environment with occasional travel as neededEligible for Spectrum’s hybrid work policy, with the option to work from home up to one day per week

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, information systems or equivalent

Experience

8+ years of digital sales, digital merchandising, ecommerce or catalog management experience3+ years of leadership experience in digital commerce, merchandising or offer management roles5+ years of experience leading offer strategy or rollout execution for customer-facing digital channels5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, billing, technology and operations5+ years of experience prioritizing and coordinating catalog updates, launches or pricing changes3+ years of experience using analytics to inform business decisions and optimization
9+ years of progressive experience in digital sales, merchandising, ecommerce, productoperations or catalog managementExperience leading offer strategy, rollout planning, or merchandising execution for customer-facing digital sales channels

Skills

Strong understanding of telecom or cable product catalogs and offer configurationExperience with enterprise catalog platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle or AmdocsExpertise in promotional strategy, offer testing, pricing optimization and conversion improvementKnowledge of catalog structures, pricing dependencies and fulfillment considerationsProficiency in reporting, KPI analysis and performance measurementAbility to translate business requirements into execution prioritiesFamiliarity with product lifecycle processes and cross-functional implementation planningFamiliarity with agile or hybrid delivery environments

Education

MBA or advanced degree

Experience

5+ years of telecom, cable, broadband, wireless or mobile industry experience3+ years of digital merchandising for both cable and mobile experiences3+ years of analytics-driven offer optimization and customer behavior analysis
