Director, Division Finance Leader Endo GQO

This position is the Divisional Finance Leader for the Endo GQO franchise.
+ This role will directly lead the consolidation of all financials and report the group results for the Endo franchise including any future acquisitions. Leading the site finance teams and building a relationship with the franchise DOL will be critical as well building a relationship with the Commercial Finance leaders.
+ As the leader of finance and accounting for the franchise this role will be responsible for end to end financial compliance.
+ As the Business Partner to the Franchise GQO leadership, this role will help drive transformation initiatives including Manufacturing Excellence, Plant Footprint optimization, Direct Spend Optimization and Indirect Spend Optimization
+ This position will partner with the DOL to improve the end-to-end IBP process, drive backorder improvement and focus on inventory optimization.
+ This role has the opportunity to deliver not just financial statements, it also will identify and implement best practices for all of finance in GQO, provide partnership to various campus’ as needed, all in an effort to drive efficiency and consistency in accounting and finance across the global team.
+ Furthermore, the incumbent will analyze complex financial information to provide insightful recommendations to partner leaders for decision making and strategic planning purposes and to improve the group’s overall performance.
+ Using their management background, the incumbent will develop and lead a highly engaged and enthusiastic team of experienced professionals, as well as new, talented individuals. The leader is responsible and accountable for the actions of promoting an environment that fosters personal growth, teamwork, empowerment, and development for his/her finance team. The incumbent will also be expected to positively influence and develop the business unit finance teams through coordination of activities, sharing of best practices and ensuring a strong link between the manufacturing plants and Corporate Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A and other support functions
**Education & Special Trainings:**
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent is required. CPA, CMA, MBA preferred.
**Qualifications & Experience:**
· 10+ years relevant progressive experience, 7+ years of supervisory experience
· Demonstrated capability and experience with corporate financial reporting, manufacturing accounting, foreign currency, internal controls and progressive improvement initiatives
· Demonstrated ability to lead through both strategic and tactical financial issues
