For more information, visit www.ChartwellsK12.com. **Job Summary** We’re seeking an inspiring, hands-on **Director of Dining Services** to lead a long‑tenured food service program serving 1,350+ students across four schools in **Algonac, MI** —just 45 minutes from Port Huron and located along beautiful Lake St. Clair. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of your first account while gaining deep experience in the K12 business—bringing fresh, engaging, and nutritious meals to students from Kindergarten through High School, all while driving strong operational performance. In this role, you’ll lead a dedicated team of 15 frontline associates. You’ll champion key Chartwells programs—including **Global Eats, Student Choice, Discover Kitchen, and Mood Boost** —bringing fun, flavor, and excitement to the cafeteria. You’ll play a central role in ensuring compliance, financial success, operational excellence, and outstanding client satisfaction.
