The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Strategy & Transformation team:
The Strategy & Transformation team within Enterprise Services (ES) is looking for a passionate Program Manager to lead ES digital transformation initiatives. The role will require working with senior leaders within the RTX corporate organization and the 3 RTX business units to develop strategies, business cases and detailed implementation plans to optimize digital services and drive increased digital service adoption.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Lead the development and execution of RTX digital optimization strategies. This includes collaborating with Digital Technology (DT) leaders and subject-matter experts to identify digital needs across the organization, propose new service offerings, develop business cases, secure senior leader buy-in and build and manage execution of deployment roadmaps.
+ Help design and execute a strategic blueprint to transform ES DT Services for enterprise scale.
+ Evaluate current DT Services against industry benchmarks and best practices.
+ Ensure that all functional program milestones are developed using the RTX Enterprise Program Management (REPM) methodology.
+ Proactively evaluate program activities, build contingency plans, and execute corrective action on a timely basis to mitigate risks such as scope and/or budget variances.
+ Establish quality measurements and monitoring mechanisms to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed expectations and integrate with overall program objectives.
+ Responsible for the completion of other tasks related to this position as assigned.
+ Travel up to 10%, or as needed.
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum 14 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 12 years experience.
+ Minimum 5 years experience developing digital strategies and implementing digital services.
+ Prior experience in digital strategy consulting, including client engagement, stakeholder management and solution delivery.
+ Prior experience with collaborating and effectively communicating with all levels of leadership within an organization.
+ Prior experience in Microsoft Office tools (specifically in Excel and PowerPoint).
**Qualifications We Prefer:**
+ Prior experience in an industry leading consulting firm i.e., Big 5 Consulting Firms.
+ Prior experience leading digital transformation initiatives, particularly in the areas of process standardization and enterprise technology adoption.
+ RTX CORE Certification or other Lean Continuous Improvement experience.

**Please consider the following role type definitions as you apply for this role:**
+ **Remote:** This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
Remote however, there is a strong preference to support a hybrid work schedule from Cedar Rapids, IA, Tucson, AZ, Richardson, TX, and Farmington, CT. Hybrid employees work both onsite and offsite regularly.

The salary range for this role is 176,000 USD - 352,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
