If so come join us and help redefine the Canadian banking landscape! **What you will be doing:** The Director, Digital Delivery and Orchestration (DDO) is a change catalyst to continuously improve and accelerate our teams, and drive enhanced performance to achieve Tangerine’s strategic goals and KPI. The DDO will oversee all digital delivery/scrum masters and business analysts. In addition, the Director, Digital Delivery and Orchestration (DDO) is responsible for leading execution of our agile practice, identify and promote new ways of working; and enable the teams to drive impact and remove impediments. They will champion change management to drive consistency, efficiency across the teams. The DDO will work closely with VRO and other key stakeholders to ensure orchestration of portfolio deliveries against capacity and optimize the tools, frameworks and processes. **Is this role right for you?** + Reports to the VP of Digital Product and Experience. + Partners with the Value Realization Office to manage capacity and priorities on strategic bank initiatives focused on identifying and solving tough business problems that are impeding successful value realization. + Leads and manages the digital delivery leads / scrum masters and business analysts and ensures best in class product and software delivery through skills optimization, best practices and rigor and governance over processes and ways of work / operations. + Establishes a continuous change program that identifies change needs, change velocity, and quality of target-state achievement; team diagnoses root cause issues and impediments that may be applicable to all parts of the business. + Responsible for ensuring adoption and execution of key frameworks, processes, and tools to drive cross-program orchestration. Identifies cross-product dependencies and works to ensure they are accounted for in planning. + Responsible for method standards and practices; coaching and training development; method evolution and continuous improvement. + Builds a culture of continuous innovation, establishing annual company-wide innovation events that elicit ideas for continued transformation or optimization, and putting these ideas into practice working with Product groups. + The individual must possess knowledge and expertise in the development and use of Project Management and Business Analysis methodologies, Agile expertise have direct project management and people leadership experience and have a clear understanding of human resources policies/practices and organizational change management techniques. + Provide project management and business analysis leadership, expertise, resources, tools, and methodologies to enable Tangerine projects to execute and deliver successfully, in support of the Digital Product and Software Delivery. + Responsible for understanding and complying with the Regulatory Compliance Framework including the Anti-Money Laundering/Anti-Terrorist Financing and Sanctions Policy and all AML related policies, procedures, and controls within the department. **Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?** + University or College Degree or equivalent experience. + Prior experience in leading a Project Management Office. + 10+ years of project management experience with at least 5 years of managerial experience. + 5+ years of experience directly managing large projects, programs or project portfolios in an Agile / Hybrid environment. + Must possess deep knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management and Business Analysis methodologies and have a clear understanding of human resources policies/practices and change management techniques. + Excellent knowledge of project portfolio management tools (MS Project or other) and project management processes and methodologies. + Strong understanding of Agile operating models at scale. + Strong communication skills to effectively manage stakeholders, vendors and team members. **What's in it for you?** + You will be part of a diverse and inclusive team of Client-focused go-getters looking to learn from each other in an environment that celebrates and recognizes success! + You will have access to thousands of online and in-person courses so you can shape your career growth with support from diverse industry leaders. + You will get our help to save for your future and to invest in your total well-being through our Tangerine benefits*. + You belong here, and we are equal and uncomplicated.
