As a Digital Acceleration Director, you will play a crucial role in co-leading, structuring, and coordinating cross-functional acceleration projects. Your efforts will drive a cultural digital transformation through inspiration and innovation within the business agenda, while developing digital capabilities across the enterprise. Your work will be pivotal in advancing the organization's digital maturity and fostering a forward-thinking digital culture. What You'll Do for UsCo-lead and drive digital acceleration initiatives, structuring and executing end-to-end B2B2C projects, connecting cross-functional teams and bottlers to ensure alignment, speed, and measurable impact. Drive the Big Bet evolution across the four models (CokeXP, 360IA, Retail Media, Retornapp) by consolidating a single, aligned strategy; defining and owning monthly performance tracking; ensuring regular, structured visibility to each model's leadership; and actively managing and connecting the cross-model network to drive alignment, accountability and clear recommendations on which model(s) to scale. Orchestrate the CokeXP cross-functional ecosystem: Lead strategic assessments to identify scale opportunities, applying a holistic view of the system and market to define priority use cases, key stakeholders, critical enablers, and success factors. Own execution governance, coordinating plans, leading cross-squad routines, removing roadblocks and ensuring on-time, high-quality implementation to accelerate results. Continuously inject external perspectives, sourcing global, OU and industry insights, benchmarks and best practices to challenge the status quo and elevate execution.Own learning agenda and insights generation, translating pilots, results and learnings into clear, actionable recommendations to enable faster and more effective scaling across territories. Identify, activate and govern synergies across the digital ecosystem, ensuring effective leverage of existing tools and capabilities (e.g., RGM tools, Data Foundations, Retail Media, etc.) to maximize value, avoid duplication and drive scalable impact. Qualifications & RequirementsFluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus +10 years of professional experience Proven experience in leading and managing digital transformation projects. Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to assess opportunities and develop actionable plans. Visionary Leadership: Capable of envisioning the future state of the organization and inspiring others to work towards it. Innovative Mindset: Ability to think creatively & develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Tech-Savvy: Up-to-date with the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies, and able to leverage them to drive transformation. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive execution. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders. Experience in developing and implementing digital learning programs. Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and support HR capabilities initiatives.
