Director, Design & Deployment Excellence

The Director, Design & Deployment Excellences leads and drive the efficient and effective delivery of POD solutions to deliver on our strategy. As a member of the POD leadership team, this role will contribute to defining our strategy and priorities and aligning resources to deliver on our commitments. + Drive the talent offense with the POD Operations team + Foster a culture of inclusion, engagement, and performance within POD + Enable assessment and continuous improvement of people and organizational development processes and solutions + Collaborate with the people development and organizational development & effectiveness teams to assess support needed and align resources accordingly + Drive consistent, high-quality processes for the delivery of people and organizational development solutions and initiatives + Partner closely with Talent Partners and Global Facilitators on the delivery of solutions and to understand business needs and feedback + Support the ongoing analysis of metrics and data to ensure solutions are providing the intended value to the organization + Lead the partnership with HR systems to define technology needs and solutions to enable the POD strategy + Oversee the team’s budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management + Scan the external environment to track trends and benchmarks to inform the POD operations strategy and roadmap Education & special trainings: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent required Minimum Qualifications (required) + 10+ years of work experience required​ + Previous HR or role-related experience required​ Preferred Qualifications + 7+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred + People leadership experience required​ + Experience in multiple HR disciplines or client groups preferred​ + Experience with project management and/or continuous improvement preferred Physical & mental requirements: + Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Generally, involves sitting most of the time. + Must be able to operate common office equipment (e.g. computer, printer, copy machine, calculator, telephone, etc.). + Must be able to review printed and handwritten materials. + Must be able to communicate telephonically and with large groups of people.
