Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Analytics services lead to join one of out clients. In this role you will be responsible for defining and owning the development of service offerings from initial concept through launch and continuous improvement. This includes designing solutions that meet evolving client needs and ensuring they remain competitive and differentiated in the marketplace. You will conduct ongoing market research to identify client priorities, emerging trends, and opportunities for innovation. You will also develop and nurture a strategic partner ecosystem for analytics, collaborating with key technology vendors to create joint go-to-market plans, co-selling motions, and technical integrations. A critical aspect of this role is championing the strategic importance of a well-architected semantic layer. You will design offerings that position the semantic layer as a governed, single source of truth for enterprise reporting and AI/ML use cases, enabling organizations to unlock consistent and trusted insights. Collaboration is key. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and delivery teams to craft compelling messaging, value propositions, and pricing/packaging strategies for new offerings. As a subject matter expert, you will play a leading role in pre-sales conversations, advising clients on modern reporting and analytics strategies and mapping their business needs to our service offerings and partner technologies. Skills and Requirements • 10+ years of experience in the data and analytics space, with a proven track record in roles such as product management, service offering development, or senior-level consulting. • Proven experience delivering data and analytics solutions in one or more major industries such as healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, or other enterprise sectors. • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing semantic layers and other modern methodologies to support both traditional and AI-based conversational analytic queries. • Deep knowledge of modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery), BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker), and the broader data lifecycle (ingestion, ETL/ELT, governance). • A strong track record of building and managing successful technology partnerships, including developing joint solutions and GTM plans. • Proven ability to translate market needs and technical capabilities into commercially successful service offerings with a clear ROI. • The ability to communicate complex technical ideas as clear, compelling business value to a wide range of audiences, from engineers to C-level executives. • A consultative mindset with experience in a pre-sales or client-facing advisory role. • Must be open to 25-50% travel.
