What you haveThe Schwab Enterprise Architecture team is seeking an accomplished and visionary Distinguished Architect and Managing principal to lead, shape and drive the firm’s enterprise-wide data architecture strategy. This role will play a pivotal part in influencing the full software development lifecyle across Schwab Technology Serivices (STS) and works closely with architects and engineers to modernize and govern the firm’s data ecosystem.
As part of Schwab’s Distinguished Engineer community, you will be part of an elite group representing the pinnacle of technical talent and industry best practices. This community of technology leaders is instrumental in driving the firm's technology strategy, fostering innovation, and ensuring excellence in our data architecture practices.
Reporting to the Office of the CTO, this role is responsible for establishing data strategy, standards, practices, and governance for the entire firm. You will empower thousands of technologists to better serve millions of Schwab clients and support the stewardship of trillions of dollars in client assets.
