Position Purpose:
The Director, Creative is a cross-functional leader responsible for driving the development and execution of brand-right, business-relevant creative across digital, print, social, and in-store channels. This role oversees multidisciplinary creative teams and ensures that all content delivers on brand strategy, campaign objectives, and audience engagement goals. This leader brings together cross-functional creative leads and storytelling expertise to deliver cohesive, high-impact work that supports marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and retail programs. They serve as a creative translator—bridging strategy and execution—while balancing visionary ideas with practical production constraints.

Travel Requirements:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
10+ years of creative leadership experience within retail, consumer brands, and agency environment.
Portfolio demonstrating strong cross-channel creative (video, print, digital, social), with a focus on brand storytelling and design excellence.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver end-to-end creative solutions from concept to execution.
Experience in executive communications and stakeholder alignment.
Strong understanding of creative operations, workflow optimization and digital asset management systems
Skilled in coaching, developing and retaining high-performing creative talent.
Preferred Education:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
