ポジション概要

ディレクター、コーポレート・ディベロップメント＆ストラテジー（日本）は、日本国内における戦略的成長イニシアチブの策定・実行を担う重要な役割です。買収、ジョイントベンチャー、戦略的パートナーシップなど、新たなビジネス機会を特定・評価・推進し、オーチスジャパンの長期的な成長を支えます。このポジションは、APACのコーポレート・ディベロップメント＆ストラテジー担当VPにレポートし、シニアリーダーシップやクロスファンクショナルチームと連携しながら、M&Aのライフサイクル全体をリードします。

主な職務内容

戦略的機会（買収、合併、JVなど）の分析・評価・提案M&Aプロジェクトの全工程（市場分析、事業計画、デューデリジェンス、交渉）を推進統合戦略の策定・実行、進捗モニタリング業界動向・市場インサイトの収集・分析地域・グローバルのビジネスディベロップメントチームとの連携

応募資格

ビジネス関連の開発経験10年以上（M&A実務経験必須）バリュエーションモデル構築、デューデリジェンス、交渉の実務経験日本市場での取引・事業提携経験（中小企業・大企業・JV含む）日本語・英語での高いコミュニケーション能力工学、マーケティング、財務、または関連分野の学士号（修士号歓迎）エレベーター、エスカレーター、または建設業界経験があれば尚可
