You play a key leadership role in our global media, digital and data function and are responsible for the process and pacing of the global function. In this role, you partner closely within the function, across the organization and with our external partners to ensure the optimum execution of Mondelēz’s media strategy for your region.

How you will contribute

You will set the vision and long-term media strategy and in partnership with the marketing team, set the strategic media plan for your region and assessing the plan’s effectiveness with a focus on return on investment. You will also help build marketing capabilities, especially in the area of digital creative excellence for new media platforms, data and technology. In addition, you will be responsible for budget planning and implementation and locating leads on media buying.

Extensive experience in leading digital marketing teams, developing strategies, and demonstrating a proven track record of success in achieve marketing goals

Deep expertise in CX journey strategy & POE

Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns

Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function

Passion for digital innovation, emerging technologies, and modern creativity (Gen AI, personalization, social influence)

Use to lead JBP partner investment

Efficiency & effectiveness (ROI) and cost optimization

Champion Business transformation and change management

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams & external partners.

Excellent communication and influencing skills across multiple senior stakeholders.

Strategic future forward thinker with strong commercial acumen and analytical rigor.
