You play a key role in our global media, digital and data function and serve as a member on our media leadership team (Media LT). In this role, you partner closely within the function, across the organization and with our external partners to elevate our organizational digital capability, competency and marketplace execution.

How you will contribute

Through partnerships with brand teams, regional marketing teams and outside agencies, you will elevate our digital capabilities in the marketing department by developing and implementing an effective digital plan. You will lead best-in-class partnerships with global partners with focus on digital growth (via Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc.) and contribute to exploring emerging technologies/platforms to drive business results.

Mondelez is hiring a senior leader to elevate our Consumer Experience strategy in Brazil, driving market share growth through integrated, creative, and data-driven brand journeys.

This is a transformational and strategic role with direct impact on iconic brands like Lacta, Oreo, Trident, Club Social, Tang and more.

How will you contribute:

Elevate Brazil’s CX and Media Strategy:

Lead the next evolution of Mondelez Brazil’s consumer experience by integrating omnichannel planning, retail media, and brand media to convert every consumer touchpoint. Focus on driving effectiveness and efficiency to move beyond volume growth and into market share leadership.

Scale GenAI-Led Content and Personalization Across Brands: Drive the design, training, and implementation of generative AI solutions to accelerate content creation and personalize journeys, ensuring creative is both high-quality and high-performing.

Bridge Data, Technology and Business Strategy for Smarter Decision-Making:

Ensure CX initiatives are grounded in data insights and tied to commercial outcomes. Leverage 1st- and 3rd-party data for audience segmentation, campaign performance, and investment optimization, enabling the team to make informed decisions across brands and channels.

Build and Lead a High-Performing CX Organization:

Act as an architect and influencer, not just executing, but designing the roadmap for the team, ensuring capability development, agency orchestration, and strategic alignment with global markets (e.g. UK, Canada, India). Be a thought partner to local leadership and a benchmark to the global community.

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Communications or related fields.

Solid understanding of digital media, consumer behavior, and data analysis.

Job specific requirements:

1. +15 years of leadership in CX & Journey Strategy: Has led end-to-end CX strategies in complex organizations, integrating omnichannel planning, activation, and performance tracking.

2. Experience in CPG companies, consultancies, tech platforms or global agencies.

3. Fluent English for Global interaction and report.

4. Media Expertise (Paid, Organic, Influencer, Retail Media): Proficient in orchestrating full media mix, understanding performance, ROI, and integration of POE.

5. GenAI and Scalable Content Leadership: Experience driving GenAI content initiatives, ideally with partners like Accenture. Understands how to scale, train, and measure AI-generated creative.

6. Strong Data and Martech Foundation: Led data-driven strategies (1st/3rd party), tagging, tracking, CRM, and digital campaign performance.

7. Agency and Cross-Functional Management: Can orchestrate agencies (e.g., Publicis, WPP, Ogilvy) while managing internal stakeholders (Marketing, MDS, I&A, etc.).

Construir e Liderar uma Organização de CX Forte e Estratégica: 

Atuar como arquiteto e influenciador, definindo direções e construindo 'capabilities'. Orquestrar agências e ser referência para pares globais, influenciando decisões e acelerando o desenvolvimento das marcas no Brasil.
