The Director, Compensation Consulting and Deployment is a key member of the Total Rewards Leadership Team, responsible for leading all client-facing compensation consulting and program deployment. This role serves as the primary interface between the business, HR, and Total Rewards for all compensation-related matters specific to assigned client groups. This leader will ensure compensation programs are aligned with business strategies, competitive in the market, and effectively deployed within client organizations.
