About the role:
Marketing
• Handle department operational matters and projects related to marketing initiatives and collaterals
• Format presentations for the team for business development purposes
• Format and deliver compliant, professionally produced business proposals
• Develop marketing flyers and brochures for properties (print or eMarketing) and their distribution
Business Plan Management
• Understand business direction and needs and develop solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts
• Determine and execute key business initiatives that will drive business operations
• Develop standard procedures to manage and maintain business operational and financial objectives
• Assist management in areas such as operations, resource management, budget, revenue accounting
• Assist in preparing strategic plan by analyzing trends and forecast
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of market dynamics such as competitor analysis, market share, demographic trends, and growth projections
Finance
• Managing account balances to check outstanding debts or other inconsistencies
• Checking the data input in the system to ensure accuracy of final bill
• Monitoring assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
Others
• Perform any related duties as required and directed.
• Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes
in building up a Safety Culture.
