**Additional Pay Details** Compensation Range $170,000 - $180,000 per Year Bonus Eligible  Director, Commercial & Industrial Print Strat Workplace Svcs Position Summary The Director of Commercial and Industrial Print (CIP) Strategy provides visionary leadership and strategic direction for the Workplace Services CIP business. Operating in close collaboration with the Workplace Services Sales organization, this role is accountable for driving sustainable revenue growth, expanding market share, and enhancing profitability across a portfolio exceeding $114M in annual revenue. This leader will shape and execute the CIP business plan, aligning cross-functional teams around key performance indicators (KPIs), market development strategies, and operational excellence. The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and executional rigor to accelerate growth in a dynamic, competitive landscape. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Execution + Define and lead the strategic roadmap for CIP growth, ensuring alignment with broader Workplace Services objectives. + Partner with senior sales leadership to shape go-to-market strategies, optimize sales processes, and enhance customer engagement. Market Development & Innovation + Identify and prioritize high-potential market segments; develop targeted strategies to increase win rates and customer acquisition. + Lead the development of customer-centric programs and incentives that drive field engagement and competitive differentiation. + Champion voice-of-customer (VOC) initiatives through roundtables and feedback loops to inform product and service innovation. Sales Enablement & Performance Management + Collaborate with Sales Training to assess capability gaps and implement targeted development programs for the Production Sales team. + Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and methodologies to elevate sales effectiveness and operational efficiency. + Ensure consistent execution of sales processes, including CRM data integrity, contract lifecycle management, and KPI tracking. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence + Serve as a strategic advisor to sales teams on complex deals, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning. + Facilitate alignment across marketing, product, and operations to support successful product launches and market penetration. + Lead cadence and rigor around pipeline management, upside deal reviews, and performance optimization. Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field. + 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years in advanced or strategic leadership roles (preferably in high-volume, networked color print environments). + Proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies in the commercial print or graphic arts industries. + Deep understanding of sales methodologies, customer segmentation, and matrixed organizational dynamics. + Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills + Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and leadership presence. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
