The Director Commercial Capabilities In this role, the role observes external market trends (AI advances, hyper-segmentation leveraging footfall and geolocation, socio-demographic and causal modeling) and integrates them with internal system inputs, including priorities from KO, Bottlers, C&CL Latam/Global Value-to-Market teams. This role synthesizes diverse signals into a unified Commercial Capabilities vision for Andina, aligns KO and Bottlers behind shared priorities, and orchestrates progress across the system without direct operational ownership. The position facilitates ways of working, governance routines, and cross-system collaboration, while providing intensified, context-sensitive support to Venezuela.
**What you'll do for us**
**Market Foresight & Strategic Alignment:**
+ Monitor external trends (AI, footfall/geolocation modeling, hyper-segmentation, causal analytics) and consolidate inputs from KO, Bottlers, C&CL Latam/Global, and Value-to-Market teams.
+ Integrate external and internal signals to shape an Andina-wide Commercial Capabilities vision.
+ Align KO and Bottlers behind shared priorities and frameworks.
**System Orchestration & Capability Roadmap:**
+ Facilitate (not execute) the co-creation of the regional capability roadmap with KO and Bottlers.
+ Orchestrate system resources to support capability development according to each Bottler's maturity.
+ Coordinate pilots, ensure shared learning, and support Bottler-led scaling of proven practices.
+ Promote automation and simplification of insight/report generation in partnership with Strategy & Analytics.
**Governance & Cross-Market Routines:**
+ Establish and facilitate KO-Bottler routines to ensure alignment, transparency, and consistent execution of the capability agenda.
+ Drive cross-market collaboration and knowledge sharing.
+ Provide intensified support to Venezuela through structured routines and capability roadmaps aligned to market realities.
**Metrics & KPI's**
+ Alignment & Strategic Adoption: Degree of alignment of KO, Bottlers, C&CL Latam/Global VTM teams with the Andina Commercial Capabilities vision.
+ Roadmap Integration: % of Bottlers incorporating capability priorities into annual plans based on maturity and context.
+ Cross-System Co-Creation: Number and impact of initiatives co-created with KO Strategy, C&CL Latam/Global, VTM, and Bottlers.
+ Foresight Integration: Quality and frequency of external trend inputs translated into actionable recommendations.
+ Pilot Coordination: Effectiveness of coordinated pilots and transition into Bottler-led scaling.
+ Insight Automation: Progress in simplifying and automating routine reporting with Strategy & Analytics.
+ Venezuela Support: Delivery of prioritized capability actions and quality of support routines.
+ Stakeholder Feedback: KO, Bottler, C&CL, qualitative assessments of collaboration and orchestration.
**Requirements &** **Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
+ 10+ years of experience in commercial operations, franchise leadership, capability development, RTM, or commercial strategy.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead without authority and orchestrate cross-functional, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
+ Familiarity with external trends (AI, analytics, geolocation, footfall models) and ability to translate insights into strategic implications.
+ Strong influencing, communication, and system-thinking capabilities.
+ Experience collaborating with Bottlers and KO functions across multiple markets.
+ Bilingual Spanish/English; ability to travel across Andina.
