This candidate will be responsible for modeling and documentation negotiation.. This role will also work closely with our Warehouse Team in Toronto to discuss the CLO warehouses.  As the U.S. GCF team grows, it is possible this role may expand to other products. How You’ll Succeed + Follow and analyze CLO Market + Learn CLO Documentation + Work with the sales force to get documentation stips on time and learn what clients need  + Work with structuring leads to learn how to model CLO Deals + Work with managers to analyze portfolios + Learn how to work with Rating Agencies and Law Firms on our deals + Work with Syndicate to achieve optimal results on our delas + Help differentiate CIBC and elevate our research profile. This role has an expected salary of $225,000 for the New York, NY market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
