**Job Description:**
Directs Managers and/or senior individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for meaningful career development conversations and regular coaching and feedback.
Leads execution of research programs for an area of Clinical Development to meet research objectives, support product development, and manage reports.
Oversees the review of studies' data, including eligibility, efficacy, safety, coding, protocol deviation, etc.
Provides oversight to inquiries from/to data management, study operation team or investigators.
Ensures completion of written and oral results of product research, in concert with senior clinical personnel, in preparation for health authority submissions.
Partners with Regulatory Affairs in determining requirements for any corrective actions or health authority reporting.
Encourages the development of meaningful internal and external networks to advance development of product or portfolio.
Leads Clinical Development project teams through various governance forums and advises senior leaders on business critical projects.
Provides advice and guidance to scientific leadership on critical decisions around regional, functional, or new product strategies.
Responsible for managing operational aspects of their teams (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), as well as implementing workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.
Proactively creates a purpose driven environment by aligning Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives with the strategies and goals of the team and enterprise.
