Duties & Responsibility
Formulate and execute company strategies based on corporate strategic direction, ensure the translation of company vision, mission & strategic objectives into quantifiable results. Setting company strategic plan in liaison with the its divisions and departments, and ensuring proper communication to of the strategic projects and objectives to the respective stakeholders after approval by leadership. Prepare company business plans in accordance with the long term’s strategic objectives. Identifying the potential development areas, business improvement provides recommendations to top management. Developing & implementing business & operational excellence strategy framework at corporate and business unit level. Develop and implement a holistic PM framework including all associated policies, processes, procedures, templates and tools. Ensure that all corporate projects and initiatives at company, follow a unified and consistent PMO approach including project governance model, project resourcing and progress reporting. Set up company performance management framework and working on implementing it in liaison with respective stakeholders. Oversee the process of cascading and communicating KPIs in line with company business plan. Establish work policies, procedures and processes in alignment with company standards and strategic goals. Ensure all are in place and comply with ISO standards. Ensure that department policies and processes abide with contractual agreements, government regulations, laws of the kingdom, and company requirements, and enforce corrective recommendations. Develop and implement effective business excellence processes and systems (quality management, business processes) which results in operational efficiency. Oversee the evaluation and reengineering of business processes to increase effectiveness and reduce costs. Translate the strategies into operational parameters by application of the balanced score card approach incorporating the strategic objectives, measures, targets and initiatives. Develop business objectives, growth and management plan for Management approval. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence across the organization. Collaborate with other departments and senior leadership to align improvement initiatives with business objectives. Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls within a defined area of Business Planning activity to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude. Position Requirements:

Minimum Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in science, business administration disciplines, or equivalent. Minimum Experience Requirements:
15 years’ experience in utilities sector or in leading organizations. Experience in strategic planning, business execellence and performance management.
