**_What’s the job?_** -
As Operations Director for CertainTeed Architectural, you’ll lead 8 manufacturing sites across the US and Canada, ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable production of quality interior products. You’ll drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and supply chain performance, while fostering a strong safety culture, supporting team development, and leading quality, efficiency, and sustainability initiatives. The role oversees diverse production processes—wood, metal, fiberglass, mineral fiber—across both union and non-union teams, covering automated lines and custom fabrication.-
**What do you bring?-**
+ 10+ years’ experience in multi-site manufacturing (various processes/materials) -
+ 10+ years’ supervision and leadership -
+ 10+ years with continuous improvement methodologies -
+ 8+ years in EHS and sustainability -
**Practical/Technical Knowledge-**
+ Strong analytical, Excel, and metrics skills -
+ Broad business acumen; understands cross-functional business impact -
+ Familiarity with internal control policies/processes -
+ Process development and control experience -
+ Experience with CA, US, and international business -

Certain locations require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is **$165,000** to **$264,000** per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is **24%** of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is **$204,600** to **$327,360** . Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
