Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of marketing or advertising experience OR a high school diploma/GED and at least 9 years of marketing or advertising experienceExperience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, including the executive levelExperience developing strategic initiatives which align with business goals and budgetExperience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problemsExperience leading cross-functional teamsExperience interacting at the executive levelExperience managing client-facing programsAt least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplaceAt least 3 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadershipWilling to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree or MBAWe will consider employment of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
Salary Range: $136000 - $231300 / Salaried
