We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Business Transformation to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that drive operational excellence, digital enablement, and scalable growth. This role is critical in executing a multi-year digital transformation roadmap, optimizing business processes, and embedding a culture of change and agility across the organization.
Operating in a highly acquisitive, private equity-backed environment, the Director will play a key role in supporting both organic growth and integration of acquired businesses, ensuring scalable systems, processes, and capabilities are in place to support our growth strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Digital Transformation & Technology Enablement
Lead the execution of the digital transformation roadmap, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business growth goals.Oversee ERP implementation and optimization (NetSuite), including integrations with reporting and automation tools (e.g., Tableau).Manage internal technology support functions, including ERP administration, systems support, and training coordination.Business Process Optimization
Evaluate and redesign core business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and data integrity across functions.Identify and implement automation and digital tools to streamline operations and enhance decision-making.Develop and maintain a transformation playbook to guide future integrations and acquisitions.Change Management & Organizational Readiness
Design and lead change management strategies to support employee adoption of new systems and processes.Build and deploy scalable training, communication, and engagement programs.Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, facilitating transformation planning and capability-building.Project & Program Management
Lead a portfolio of transformation projects, ensuring milestones, budgets, and KPIs are met.Manage and develop a team of direct reports, including ERP technology leads, training coordinators, and system support staff.Oversee third-party vendors and consultants (e.g., Highspring), ensuring accountability and delivery excellence.M&A Integration & Scalability
Partner with Corporate Development and functional leaders to support the integration of newly acquired businesses.Standardize and scale business processes and systems to accommodate rapid growth through acquisition.Ensure acquired entities are aligned with enterprise systems, reporting structures, and operational best practices.Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Define and track KPIs to measure the success of transformation initiatives and business adoption.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by embedding Lean and Agile principles.Ensure compliance with data governance, cybersecurity, and business continuity standards.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:10+ years of experience in business transformation, digital strategy, or operational excellence roles.Proven success leading ERP implementations and digital initiatives in a growth-stage or PE-backed environment.Experience supporting both organic growth and M&A integration in a highly acquisitive organization.Strong background in business process design, change management, and cross-functional leadership.Experience managing internal teams and third-party vendors.PMP, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications preferred.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence
