You will manage multi-disciplinary projects to implement solutions and develop strategic plans to business problems. You will be leading the business analyst team to develop solutions for our middle and back office technology teams. This involves planning, securing and scheduling resources, defining business requirements, building systems, monitoring progress against agreed timelines, and managing issues and risks. Must have 8+ years of experience working as a BA, while also having hands on experience with SQL, JIRA and Confluence. You have at least 5 years of people leadership experience and at least 8 years of Agile and Waterfall methodology experience. You have strong problem solving skills, stakeholder management abilities, and exceptional organizational skills.Thorough understanding if institutional trading work flow and systems (Fidessa, Iress, Itiviti, Flextrade, Broadridge ADP, Equity Markets Middle and Back-office workflow).
