We are seeking a **Director, Business Opportunity, ARCA** you'll support strategies with franchise operations and bottlers, assist management with identifying opportunities, provide recommendations and implement key initiatives including sales planning, monitoring sales and activity records. The success candidate needs to demonstrate their ability to provide visibility on highly complex or specialized projects in the commercial marketplace.
**What You'll Do for Us**
+ **Sets the strategic direction for business opportunity identification across the region** , using deep expertise in regional market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and system economics to define **where to win** and prioritize resources for maximum value creation.
+ **Leads the development of long-term business growth frameworks** , integrating sophisticated KPI tracking, predictive analytics, and advanced Revenue Growth Management methodologies to drive sustained improvement in consumer engagement, market share, revenue per case, and profitability.
+ **Builds and governs an enterprise-level business opportunity tracking model** , ensuring proactive detection of risks and opportunities, and that annual and multi-year execution plans are fully supported across all channels and system partners.
+ **Owns the regional understanding of consumer, shopper, and customer behavior** , transforming insights into high-impact commercial strategies that accelerate volume growth, improve mix, and strengthen overall system margin.
+ **Shapes portfolio and package strategy across the region** , diagnosing performance gaps by package, channel, and customer; and mobilizing cross-functional teams in Operations, Marketing, Commercial Leadership, Technical, and Finance to deliver integrated, robust plans.
+ **Steers the translation of shopper and channel trends into a unified regional channel strategy** , ensuring clear investment choices and differentiated plays that unlock strategic advantage across priority channels.
+ **Defines and institutionalizes the success drivers that grow revenue, expand transactional frequency, and elevate system and customer profitability** , anchored in a deep command of regional metrics (e.g., Per Capita, DME productivity, RGM levers, price-pack architecture effectiveness).
+ **Accelerates system execution excellence** , optimizing internal processes, strengthening commercial capability, and ensuring rapid deployment of support tools that enable agile responses to evolving market conditions.
+ **Leads and facilitates strategic, annual, and multi-year business planning across the region** , ensuring all plans reflect a future-back perspective, bold growth ambition, and cross-system alignment around shared outcomes.
+ **Manages and inspires high-performing crossfunctional teams** , promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovative thinking across the Coca-Cola system.
+ **Guides the region in identifying future growth bets** , quantifying market opportunities and risks, recommending resource allocation and system investments aligned with long-term sustainable growth.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field; **Master's degree strongly preferred** (MBA or equivalent highly valued).
+ **10+ years of progressive leadership experience** in RGM, data analytics, strategy, or commercial roles within global consumer packaged goods; deep exposure to brand building, market execution, and customer development required.
+ **Proven expertise in regional business planning, forecasting, and commercial performance management** , including experience overseeing multi-country markets or large, complex business portfolios.
+ Strong strategic acumen with the ability to diagnose opportunities, influence senior stakeholders, and shape long-term commercial strategy across multiple markets and system partners.
+ Demonstrated ability to build and leverage strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders, mobilizing cross-functional teams to deliver against shared objectives.
+ Strong command of system financials, RGM levers, P&L drivers, and broader economic forces influencing consumer packaged goods industries.
+ Experience leading strategic projects using agile methodologies or the ability to quickly adopt and embed agile project-management practices.
