The Account BI Lead is responsible for owning and delivering analytics, reporting, and portfolio insights for the Account, enabling data-driven real estate decisions across Business Units and Enterprise leadership. Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day analytics, reporting, and dashboards for the Account real estate portfolioSupport the development and evolution of portfolio health metrics (e.g., utilization, cost efficiency, asset condition)Translate complex data into clear executive insights and decision-ready narrativesPartner with The Account stakeholders to integrate and govern required data sourcesSupport Enterprise reporting cadence and Executive scorecards for performanceEnsure data quality, consistency, and documentation across systems and reportsAct as the primary analytics interface for Business Units and Enterprise stakeholdersSupport Account’s Data Strategy initiative by strengthening data governance, integrating disparate data sources into a cloud-based data lake, and enhancing analytics and dashboards to deliver clearer, decision-ready insights that enable strategic portfolio management.Critical Capabilities & Experience
Strong experience in BI, analytics, and dashboarding (Power BI/Tableau preferred)Expert in MS 365 particularly Excel modellingExperience with automation software and best practices to drive efficiency in the management and connectivity of data sourcesExperience working with real estate, finance, or portfolio data (corporate real estate strongly preferred)Ability to translate data into clear executive stories and recommendations, not just build reportsComfort operating in a matrixed, client-facing environmentStrong data governance and data management disciplineExperience with managing data stored in cloud environmentsSuccess Measures

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
