This individual acts as a bridge between CRM, Marketing, Technology, and business leaders, ensuring that the technology stack is scalable, integrated, secure, aligned to business goals.You will play a critical role in shaping our technology landscape by leading the design and implementation of architectural solutions that enable us to deliver highly personalized and impactful customer experiences.

What you’ll bring to the table…
Demonstrated success in designing and managing a complex, enterprise-level MarTech stack that delivers measurable business outcomesProven experience with identifying and helping manage architectural risks, technical debt, and interdependencies, contributing to mitigation strategies.Experience defining Enterprise Technology strategy: designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlinesDeep understanding of the MarTech landscape and key platformsStrong knowledge of data integration, APIs, and data governance in a marketing context.Ability to architect and document complex solutions that integrate diverse systems and technologies.Proficiency in various software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps, and the ability to apply them to project needs.A strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, customer journey and personalized experiences, and campaign execution.Deep understanding of the enterprise's business strategy and operations, with the ability to align architecture with business goals.
