In this role, you will:
Drive modernization initiatives, including API and foundational system improvements that enable faster, safer integration and partnerships Improve platform stability, performance, and resilience to reduce risk and deliver seamless experiences at scale Modernize legacy components to address high risk remediation and compliance while maintaining industry leading standards Leverage AI to innovate processes and outcomes for maximum efficiency and quality Be part of a collaborative team where you are an influencer, not simply an “order taker”Leads architectural initiatives from design to supportEstablishes methods to optimize enterprise architecture alignment and drive tactical executionChampions efforts that optimize system reliability through advanced life cycle management techniquesGuides transformative initiatives to optimize organizational capabilities for impactful resultsLeads the execution of system design strategies for cloud-based environmentsHelp build a critical part of Schwab's growth in the Workplace marketDesign and build scalable platforms supporting critical workplace applications - like Equity Administration, PCRA and Retirement Plan Services of millions of participants What you have
Required Qualifications:
Experience being a champion for architectural strategies across teams and enterprises Experience building enablement tools to improve time to market for delivery teams Experience developing demonstrated AI strategies that can be multipliers for technical leads Experience directing the strategic priorities for organizational capability improvement Shapes strategic frameworks for innovative, system design and architectureDemonstrated knowledge of strong coaching and mentorship skills for junior associates creating a culture of curious learning Proven to be iterative and strategic in solution designs with a focus on Site Reliability Engineering tenants Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills 10+ years experience with Java / Spring5+ years experience with front end technologies – Angular, React, JavaScript 3+ years experience with Google Cloud Platform and/or AWSPreferred Qualifications:
