WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Your seven or more years of team leadership have delivered amazing results, and you pride yourself on developing the people who work for you, as well as providing an inclusive team environment where they all can thrive.  Continuous Learning. An eagerness to learn will help you keep up with ever-changing technologies and maintain the ability to create the best tools for our clients. You are comfortable and thrive in an autonomous role since that will be essential for your success. You'll work with business leadership and project management to understand priorities and create automation accordingly. Experience. You have 12+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.


TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

 

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Expertise: Hands‑on experience with Blue Prism is highly preferred (development, deployment, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management). Strong familiarity with RPA methodologies and best practices. Prior experience in these technologies are also strongly recommended: Basic knowledge of microservices stack--.Net, Java, Docker, Redis, REST/JSON, and SQL/Oracle/Postgres DevOps and automated change management through Jenkins, Ansible, or similar technologies. Technical Leadership & Team Management: Proven experience leading software development teamsand technical specialists. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining quality and alignment with standards. Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing technical staff. Strategic & Operational Balance: Ability to prioritize short-term deliverableswhile actively shaping and advancing long-term technology strategies. Skilled at identifying opportunities for automation, process improvement, and platform scalability. Project & Stakeholder Management: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions. Comfortable engaging with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to align objectives, manage expectations, and report progress. Technical Acumen: Background in software development, automation engineering, or related technical fields. Familiarity with enterprise systems, integration patterns, and modern development practices.
